If you are having problems with your Internet, it could be any of three things:
- Modem (DSL, FIOS, Cable, etc.)
- Router (Netgear, Linksys, Dlink, etc.)
- Internet Service Provider – line is down (after resetting your equipment call their support and check)
Some equipment can be integrated, IE combined router and modem.
After restarting your equipment (listed above) by removing the power wire for 10 seconds (and battery, if present), your internet does not come back, we will be happy to deploy a technician to determine the problem and replace the affected hardware.
